TUITION & FEE POLICIES

Tuition Fees may be paid in 1, 3 or 9 installments as outlined below.  Full tuition is due regardless of the number of classes in that particular month or semester as this is an installment plan, not a monthly tuition plan. One emergency /  snow cancellation has been worked into the schedule. If we have no cancellations you get a bonus class! All holiday closings have been taken into account already and figured into the payment plan. Classes and our annual recital will be held in June, however no installment will be due that month.

Payment plans & policies:

Please choose your plan carefully as tuition is non-refundable once paid.

Monthly tuition installments (1month at a time, full price)  are due on or before the 1st day of each month ~ Tuition paid after the 1st class of the month will incur a $10 late fee . Any student missing a 2nd monthly installment will be withdrawn from the class and will not be allowed to take class until tuition arrears are paid in full.

Semester installments (3 months at a time, 10% discount)  are due on or before the 1^st of September, December and March.  ~ Tuition paid after the 1^st class of the installment month will incur a $10 late fee.  We reserve the right to revoke semester discounts for semester tuition not paid in a timely manner!

Yearly installments (all 9 months in one payment, 15% discount) are due by the 1^st class of the year ~ Tuition paid after the 1^st class of the year will incur a $10 late fee.   We reserve the right to revoke yearly discounts for yearly tuition not paid in a timely manner.

One payment plan must be selected for the entire year.   ~ Our bookeeping system does not allow us to switch between payment plans.  So the original plan selected will apply for the entire school year.

Additional Policies:

Class withdrawl ~ If you have to withdrawl from class for any reason you must notify us in writing by the 25^th of the month prior to your next billing cycle for charges to cease.   This includes  families on semester payments!  If you do not submit withdrawl in writing, charges will continue  and you will be responsible for all tuition that is due.

Missed classes ~  We do not pro-rate for missed classes.  If you are unable to attend class for a long period of time for any reason you must submit a written withdrawl from the class for charges to cease.  Upon doing so, thier spot will be open for another child.  If you wish to keep your childs spot in thier class, tuition must be paid in full for each month the child is registered, regardless of whether they are attending class.

Returned checks ~ Will incur a fee of $25 per check. Returned checks will not be resubmitted but must be paid with cash or money order. Please obtain a reciept for all returned check payments.  After 2 checks have been returned by the same party checks will no longer be accepted from that party.

Making payments:

Tuition box ~  Check payments may be dropped into the tuition drop box located next to the office door.  Do not drop cash or money order payments into this box, as we cannot be responsible for them.

Office payments ~   Cash or money order payments may be turned into the office directly.  If the office is closed you may turn your payment into your instructor.  Make sure you obtain a receipt as proof of payment for your records as you will need this if a discrepency were to arise!

Online payments ~  Pay online with pay pal through our secure e-mail billing system.  This service is offered free as a courtesy to our families.  Billing will be sent out via e-mail at the beginning of each month.
